Overview
Heather Hui-Litwin J.D. was a self-represented litigant before becoming a lawyer. She is the co-founder of Self-Rep Navigators (www.limitedscoperetainers.ca), an association of lawyers who offer "unbundled" or "limited scope" services, where the client hires a lawyer for discrete tasks.
Heather runs Classroom for Self-reps (http://www.litigation-help.com/legal-education-for-self-reps/), a legal education program for self-represented litigants so they can understand the basic principles behind how the legal process works.
