Overview
Jimmie Z. Chen is an associate at Erudite Law LLP. He holds a degree in law in both Canada and the United States, and he was called to the bar in Ontario. Jimmie practices primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation which encompasses employment law, commercial disputes, and tax litigation.
Prior to joining Erudite Law, Jimmie completed his articles at an established boutique litigation firm in Toronto assisting clients in Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and Landlord Tenant Board.
During law school, Jimmie has assisted the corporate counsel for the County of Wayne in Michigan, working on various state and federal matters. Here, Jimmie practiced as a student-attorney before the Wayne County Probate Court, and prosecuted several bench trials involving probate matters.
Outside of his practice, Jimmie is a passionate road cyclist and spends hours on the weekend shredding the asphalt on his bicycle. He also speaks conversational Cantonese. |
