Jyoti Chaudhry, the founding lawyer of the firm has the unique advantage of having three law degrees to her credit- from India, UK and Canada.
She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and the Small Claims court. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Whether it is a real estate deal that she is closing or dealing with a family law matter, she brings a personal touch which distinguishes and customizes her practice to the specific needs of her client. Since her call to the Bar in Ontario, she has focused on family law, real estate matters, civil litigation and small claims courts. Having lived in various countries around the globe, she is culturally sensitive, a keen and avid worker and a smart negotiator, keeping her client’s interests as her supreme priority.
She is keenly aware of the conflicting values facing immigrants, specially women and she tries to help them in upholding and protecting their rights. Her family law practice is geared towards achieving that goal.
Languages-She speaks multiple languages. She has an excellent command of the English language and is also fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Urdu and has a working knowledge of Marathi.
